Where do I get the software?

You can download the  Free Evaluation Version right away. The  Full Version will be delivered instantly via internet after processing your order.

How do I install the software?

Installation of the software is not required with the current version. You can start it right after download from any place on your harddisk you want. If you have it on CD, copy it to your harddisk before use because it wants to create some temporary files in the same folder during run.

What if some "Runtime" error message appears?

If "Wrong Version Of Run-Time DLL" or "Cannot start main program!" appears, your system needs the Microsoft Run-Time Redistribution Pack (VBRun60sp6.exe), a self-extracting executable file, available for download from the Microsoft Software Library, see  Download Page.

What is the difference between the evaluation version and the full version?

Your evaluation copy of my software is an almost full-featured release. This means that the same capabilities available in the registered software are present in the non-registered software. This allows you to try out all the features to confirm that they work to your satisfaction. The only difference in the evaluation version is that it saves only 5 Contacts and not all of them. What are the system requirements?

Microsoft Windows 95/98/ME/NT/2000/XP/2003, Outlook Express 5 or 6, a little bit of memory and maybe the Run-Time Redistribution Pack, see above.

Is the GUI available in my language?

The GUI (graphical user interface) of the software is available in english and german at the moment. The language is automatically selected based on your Windows language. If you translate it to your (not yet translated) language, you can get the  Full Version for free. Please contact me before translating.

Is there a japanese / chinese / unicode version?

A version of the software which supports Outlook Express with unicode charsets is available  on request.
